2026年がスタートしました。
みなさま、本年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
去年の今頃を思い出すと、サッカー続けようか辞めようかの瀬戸際で揺れている自分がいましたが、そんな状況だったのが遠い昔のように感じています。それも、2025年が本当に濃密な1年だったからだと感じていますし、試行錯誤の中新たな取り組みを始めてから出会いも沢山あり、一歩ずつ前に進めていると実感しています。
選手という立場から教える側、導く側の立場としての歩みが始まった2025年。
自分にできることは何か、自分がやりたいことは何か、自分はどうありたいのかを今まで以上に問い続けた1年だったと感じますし、サッカーを通して30年以上生きてきたこのご縁をこれからも大切にしていきたいとより強く思えました。
現在、シカゴを拠点に生活しながら、現地の子どもたちにパーソナルトレーニングやスモールグループでのトレーニングセッションを行ったり、「考える力」と「マインドセット」を育む対話型オンラインセッションを行っています。
オンラインセッションでは有難いことに日本、アメリカ、イギリスから15歳前後のプロを目指すサッカー選手を中心にお申し込みいただき、毎週対話を積み重ねながら選手たちの目指す目標に向かって一緒に伴走（伴奏）させて頂いております。
考え方や考える幅や深さなどを広げるとともに、技術的なこと、身体的なこと、個人戦略の部分においてもアプローチしています。
15歳以上でプロを目指している選手（特に海外で）を対象にしていますので、こちらからお申し込みください。（質問等も受けつけておりますのでお気軽にお問い合わせください）
