I created the Total Football Program because I strongly believe in the importance of articulating and sharing what I have experienced, learned, and deeply contemplated. My goal is to create an environment where players can continuously discover, grow, and evolve.

As a professional player, I left Japan to compete around the world.

I was constantly challenged to think beyond conventional wisdom, adapt, and evolve, as I encountered different cultures, values, tactics, and techniques. Now, I see it as my mission to pass on the insights I’ve gained—both from experience and structured analysis—to the next generation of players, coaches, and all those who love football.
