Patterns, rules (discipline) and freedom

To Make some rules within yourself and repeat them.

To Make rules, repeat them, and let them learn into your body (continue until you can do unconsciously).

The reason for doing this is that once you have a rule, you can create a "pattern" and you'd be able to automate a series of actions.

How to balance in this type of "stop thinking".

Instead of the conscious approach of thinking, we dare to create a "state of being like that" with the unconscious approach of unthinking.

The body reacts actively and your thought keeps in rational. This is also difficult.

The two coexist.

It may be a relationship like "soul mate" that stimulates each other and creates super energy.

The essence is in the composition of a reasonable pattern, which allows the body to work as a unified body rather than partially working.

However, there are rules as an organization outside the framework of your rules.

The rules (regulations and disciplines) of this organization can be broken by others (disorder type that breaks the rules).

These types are basically somehow moving, they are slow from thought to action, and really random.

By that action, there is no order, discipline is disturbed, and patterns are not used.

There is freedom because there is a pattern outside frame of freedom, and freedom can exist because there is a rule (discipline).

The rules and restrictions for an organization to do things need to be clarified.

If the rules (discipline) are ambiguous, you lose sight of your purpose.

Because of the restrictions and discipline, ingenuity is created in the means for the purpose, and the skills for that purpose are refined.

There is no such thing as "perfect freedom" on this field anywhere on earth.

What is the patterns , what is the restrictions, and what is the discipline?

I think it is necessary to first understand with the body and then with the mind, rather than understanding that type of reason with the mind.

This should have something in every world.
